1. Returns

As our products are perishable food items, we currently do not accept returns unless:

You received the wrong product

The product was damaged during shipping

The product is expired or compromised in quality upon delivery

If your order meets any of the above conditions, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Refunds

If your return request is approved based on the above criteria, you are eligible for a full or partial refund.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval of the return request

For COD orders: Refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.


3. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time.


4. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong masala packet, please contact us with:

Description of the issue

Email us at support@ankapurmasala.com within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will resolve it promptly.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Once dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
