  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

    • Wrong product received

    • Damaged product during shipping

    • Expired or compromised product at the time of delivery

  • All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
